The End Of An Era

Travel basketball has come to an end for the West Bay Breakers. And, we couldn't be prouder of our team!

In 3 seasons, the Breakers accomplished a lot, winning 3 tournaments and finishing as runners-up a whopping 8 times! The team finished with a 41-29 record, and provided their fans with tons of thrilling moments along the way!  But, more than anything, they were just a great group of guys!

We had a great basketball family.  Thank you to all the parents and family members for your support.

And, big thanks to all of the guys for your hard work and dedication.  We wish you the best as you move on to high school next year,

Coach Steve and Coach Mike

The West Bay Breakers continued their fine play at "March Magic" in Grayling. Missing 3 of our guards, the rest of the team stepped up big time, beating Tawas and Kalkaska by double figures. The guys also played one of their best games of the season, taking a tough Marshall team to overtime, before losing a heartbreaker by 2 points. It was a great effort, against a team that had beaten us by 14 points in our final game last season.
